A Poodle Moth
This one certainly looks like a toy but it is not. It looks like this specie is a member of the Lasiocampidae. It seems like this is a member of the Artace Cribraria subspecie and normally found in the mountains of North America all the way down to Argentina. However, there is s possibility that this may be a new specie all together. The Artace specie has about 15 known members. It may be one of these.
