Mexico’s Island of Dolls
The Island of the Dolls which can be found in the southern part of Mexico City was never intended to be a tourist destination. Hundreds of creepy dolls can be found hanging in trees. It is said that this concept was dedicated to a young girl who drowned. The creepy toys were often believed to subdue the tormented screams of the little girl’s ghost.
