The inexistent tenant
This college girl doesn’t like having sleepovers. One time, she was finally convinced to hang out with one of her friends who live near the university campus. They have a 3-storey house, but she heard that they are only occupying the first 2 floors. The third floor is for rent. When they were about to sleep, she said she wanted to go to the toilet first. The ground floor toilet was occupied at that time so she decided to take the one on the third floor instead after asking for permission. While taking the stairs, she heard faint noise of kids running around. She ignored it until she finished using the toilet. Upon return, she told her friend that their tenants have kids who are too loud. Her friend told her that they no longer have tenants there for a long time. They left after their father killed himself on their porch a year ago.
