Carnotaurus
With all those spikes and horns jutting out of its body, this will surely scare the wits out of even the meanest dinosaur of all. This theropod is one of the most studied dinosaurs of all time. Growing up to 30 feet in length, it weighed at least 2000 lbs. Aside from the spikes and thorns, it had long, razor sharp teeth that could shred even the thickest hide it bites into. It runs very fast for its kind and is one of the scariest dinosaurs ever.
