You Need to Sign a Waiver
The guests are asked to sign a waiver form before they can get in the manor. It states that you can get hurt along the way, although according to the owner of the haunted house, Russ McKamey, no one has ever been injured through their operation. He will be with you filming every step of the way. You also need to be at least 21 years old and agree on the terms they will give to you.
