Elisa Day’s murder
Elisa Day lived during Medieval Europe. She was a really pretty young woman who fell in love with a man who tried to court her. On the first day, he visited Elisa in her house. The next day, he brought her one rose and told her to meet him on the river where wild roses grow. On the third day, she obliged and went to the river. It was there that she was killed by the man who said that all beauty must die. In just one blow with a huge stone, she died. He then placed the rose in between her teeth and slid her down the river. Until now, people still claim that each time they visit the river, they can see a blood running down a woman’s head while she held a rose on her hand.
