Puente de Ojuela, Mexico
The Puente de Ojuela is last living reminder of what used to be a bustling mining settlement in Mexico. This bridge is what connects the ghost town to the abandoned mines. It was built by the same designers of Brooklyn Bridge in 1898 and restored in 1991. It has an open, rickety structure that spans 1,000 feet in length and 327 feet in height above a ravine. It is still being used today but only by pedestrians.
