Hanging Coffins of Sagada
Sagada is a municipality in Mountain Province, Philippines. In this place, coffins are hung on the cliff. Imagine walking by yourself in this area, which is surrounded by corpse! Can you survive without shaking to the bones? One of the reasons why the locals do this is that they believe that it will be easier for their dead loved ones to reach heaven since they are closer. This burial tradition is still being practiced until the present time.
