Nagoro Japanese Village
A few people are still living here. However, most of them have left the place to find jobs in other areas, while others have died. A local resident who returned to the village found that the town was almost empty. She began creating life sized dolls representing the people who once lived there and placed them at locations where she remembered them. What’s creepy is that there are more dolls in this village than people!
