Edinburgh Castle
Once a royal residence, this castle is now popularly known as one of the most haunted places not just in Scotland, but in Europe. There are several claims that ghosts of prisoners and a headless drummer are seen here. An investigation was made regarding this matter and those who participated reported bizarre things that happened to them while investigating. Some of the things they experienced were that feeling that someone was touching their face or tugging their clothes, temperature dropping quickly, and seeing dark figures.
